We can provide you with answers to all of your health-related questions quickly and easily, whether you’d like advice on nutrition and exercise, on coping with a diagnosis or on a recommended course of treatment.

Emergency counselling

Following a traumatic event, call the emergency line for emergency psychological assistance. An emergency psychologist will call you back within 24 hours and provide you with advice – with the utmost confidentiality guaranteed.

Case advice for hospital and rehabilitation

Do you have any questions about admission to hospital, rehabilitation or convalescent therapy? Then call our customer service team and ask to speak to a Case Advisor.

A specialist will tell you about any health-related risks in your travel destination.
