  1. Call the BetterDoc hotline on 061 551 01 88 (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
  2. BetterDoc will then send you a detailed questionnaire where you can describe your medical history; you can fill out this questionnaire online.
  3. BetterDoc’s medical team analyses your individual case before drawing on its quality data to recommend three different doctors, specialists or hospitals to you within 48 hours.
  4. Get in touch with your chosen first port of call (your general practitioner or the Telemedicine Centre) and discuss your treatment plan.

Conditions of use

You can use the optional BetterDoc service free of charge. It is only available to customers who have taken out an alternative basic insurance model. Your initial contact with BetterDoc is by telephone; this involves your telephone number being disclosed.

All customers complete a standard questionnaire. If available, they share other treatment-relevant documents with BetterDoc, such as X-rays, blood count, etc. Based on these documents, BetterDoc can then recommend a specialist.
