  1. Call the BetterDoc hotline on 061 551 01 88 (Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm).
  2. BetterDoc will then send you a tailored/personal questionnaire where you can describe your medical history. You can fill out this questionnaire online.
  3. The BetterDoc medical team analyses your individual case before drawing on its quality data to recommend up to three doctors or specialists within 48 hours.
  4. Then, get in touch with your chosen first point of contact (your general practitioner or the Telemedicine Centre) and discuss your treatment plan.

BetterDoc obtains its data and information from various sources:

  • Detailed patient testimonials
  • The expertise of over 100 leading Swiss doctors and over 2,500 doctors worldwide
  • Various quality reports on hospitals and doctors

All customers complete a standard questionnaire. If available, they share other treatment-relevant documents with BetterDoc, such as X-rays, blood count, etc. Based on these documents, BetterDoc can then recommend a specialist.
