All customers complete a standard questionnaire. If available, they share other treatment-relevant documents with BetterDoc, such as X-rays, blood count, etc. Based on these documents, BetterDoc can then recommend a specialist.
BetterDoc GmbH meets all the requirements of the Data Protection Act and employs its own team of security experts. All the data is encrypted. The company is subject to doctor-patient confidentiality and treats all requests as strictly confidential.
