How can I benefit from Helsana+?
You can earn Plus points for a wide range of activities. Find out what they are here. The Plus points you collect can be redeemed with the full or basic version, but not with the demo version. Plus points are valid for two calendar years.
But you can also benefit without points! In the app, you’ll find attractive discounts every month from selected partners such as Galaxus, Zalando and many more.
With the full version – over CHF 300 per year
Do you have supplementary insurance with Helsana? Then you can collect up to 30,000 Plus points each year and redeem them for cash, vouchers or a donation to our partners.
With the basic version – up to CHF 75 per year
Do you have basic insurance with Helsana? Then you can collect a maximum of 7500 Plus points each year and also exchange them for cash, vouchers or a donation.

Yes. Select your personal fitness app from the list and follow the instructions to set up a direct link to the tracker. Helsana+ uses data from Apple Health (iOS), Google Fit (Android), Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, Withings and Suunto to automatically verify activities that have been performed.

Yes, although the minimum age is 12 to be able to use the basic and full version of Helsana+. A legal representative must provide a power of attorney for this. Take a photograph of the power of attorney and of the insurance card for the minor and submit the documents via the Helsana+ app. It takes some time to check the evidence. Meanwhile, the Helsana+ account will remain available in the demo version.
Your privacy is very important to us. We therefore only collect the user data that we need for awarding points and for identification, as well as for improving the app. This information allows us to better tailor the bonus programme to your interests and needs. The Helsana+ app does not collect or have access to vital data such as steps, pulse or calories – this data remains in your own tracker or tracking app. You can delete your user data at any time.
The safety of our customers’ data is of the highest priority for Helsana. We use the latest technologies to ensure that your data does not fall into the wrong hands. We also constantly keep an eye on the technological developments of tomorrow. Only by doing this can we guarantee the safety of your data in the future as well.
If you want to delete your user account completely, please use the corresponding “Delete account” function in the Helsana+ app or contact our customer support team via plus@helsana.ch.
