Swiss Life-Saving Association (SLRG) – A rescue organisation of the SRC

The Swiss Life-Saving Association (SLRG) is primarily focused on preventing drowning. Together with the SLRG, Helsana is increasing awareness for safe behavior on, in and around the water to prevent accidents from happening in the first place.

If you know and follow the six essential swimming rules, you can prevent most water-related accidents.
