The Compassana patient app is a digital health service that connects your contacts in the healthcare sector. The app lets you manage your treatments more easily and record relevant health information in just a few steps. Compassana offers you and all involved parties safety and security – you will have round-the-clock access to your list of medications, laboratory results and prescriptions. All of your treatment steps are documented. But that’s just the beginning. The app is being continually updated.
Switzerland has one of the best healthcare systems in the world, but patients can find it hard to navigate. Compassana changes this. It acts as your personalised compass along your individual health journey and brings together all parties involved. This makes healthcare easier, more convenient and more efficient for you. The app also promotes the digitalisation of the healthcare sector, which ensures efficiency, transparency and security when it comes to your treatments.

Compassana is a joint project carried out by Helsana, Groupe Mutuel, Swica, Medbase, Hirslanden, Lucerne Cantonal Hospital and the software company Trifork. It allows us to optimise the coordination and processes involved in healthcare and significantly improve the quality of treatment. New features are continually being added to the app.
Health data entered in Compassana belongs to you alone. Only you have access to your account. And only you decide with whom the contents of the app are shared. The app features the highest data protection and technical standards and recommendations. Even Helsana cannot access data that you enter into Compassana.
Lots! The myHelsana client portal is for insurance matters. You use myHelsana to manage your insurance documentation and to see the current status of your deductible or any outstanding invoices.
Compassana lets you manage your medical appointments and medical documentation, from prescriptions and doctor’s reports to lab results. You can also use the app to share documents and messages with your GP or other healthcare partners. What’s more, extra practical features are continuously being added to support you with your healthcare.
