An initial interview will allow us both to introduce ourselves and discuss mutual requirements and expectations. The focus of the interview will be on your strengths, interests and experiences. We will also be keen to hear more about what makes you particularly suited to Helsana and the vacancy in question. And, of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask us questions.
Once we have gained a positive impression of each other in the first interview, we will use this second interview to get better acquainted and reach a final decision. This interview is about clarifying technical details and gaining an insight into the way you work and solve problems. Whenever possible, you will be given the opportunity to take a look around your future workplace or get involved in a case study.

In an effort to ease you into your new role as quickly as possible, our Welcome Day gives you the opportunity to meet your colleagues and find out everything you need to know about your new job: organisational matters such as contacts, how to record your working hours in the system or recharge your badge, as well as practical things such as where the nearest baker is or how to find car-sharing or sports partners on the intranet. And then you’re good to go.
