Your graduate internship – for life

Are you currently studying for your bachelor’s or master’s degree, or have you recently graduated? Are you looking to get some practical experience in an industry with relevance for society? Then a graduate internship could be just what you are looking for.

What you can expect

During a three- to six-month graduate internship, you will gain experience of working in a field that interests you – or that you have always wanted to become more familiar with. Your unit will prepare you for getting involved in the day-to-day business, and help you take on your own projects. In this way, you will constantly be learning while also consolidating, sharing and expanding your academic knowledge in a real business environment. And best of all, you’ll discover where your professional interests and personal strengths lie. During your internship, you will of course also have the opportunity to interact and network with other co-workers and graduates. You can look forward to:

  • Personal and professional development: apply what you have learned at university in practice, and discover what your strengths are and what you need to work on.
  • Individual training: take the opportunity to develop your skills with our internal courses and training programme.
  • Compensation and benefits: the compensation you will receive for a graduate internship will depend on your degree (bachelor’s or master’s). You can also make use of our discounted range of internal sports activities.
  • Flexibility: you will benefit from flexible working hours and the ability to work from home.

What we expect from you

  • You will have completed – or be about to complete – a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • You are a self-starter with a drive to contribute your own knowledge and ideas in order to make things happen.
  • You enjoy networked thinking and working as part of a team.
  • You would like to work on your personal and professional development.

During your internship, you will build up your own network and develop a better sense of your own professional interests, which will help you plan the next step in your career. If you work hard and show initiative, there will be a number of different opportunities open to you – including at Helsana.
