Payroll declaration process

You pay the daily sickness allowance and accident insurance premiums in advance. We then calculate the final premium based on your annual payroll declaration. You will either receive a credit note or an invoice for any difference.

Submitting your payroll declaration

We send you the forms in December. You then have 30 days to submit the completed forms, which allows us to reimburse you promptly. Please return the payroll declaration form to your advisor's general agency. Please note the originator details shown on the form. Or keep things simple and use the printed reply envelope.

What your payroll declaration contains

AHV salaries are used to calculate the daily sickness allowance premium. Other contractual insurance components defined in the Special Insurance Conditions are also factored into the equation. These can include the inclusion or exclusion of certain salary components. The UVG premium is calculated based on the UVG salary.
