Central to the Helsana Trails are the information signs containing the fundamentals of technique, intensity, and stretching exercises. The words and pictures explain what you should keep in mind when out walking or Nordic walking. Whether just out for some exercise in the fresh air or training more intensively, all you need to do to check that you're doing everything correctly is take a look at the signs.
The exercise information signs can generally be found on the shortest trail routes, and are also included on the start sign for the trail. All routes are equipped with distance markers and signposts.
