- You will receive two copies of form E-106 from Helsana. This form will help you register for mutual benefits assistance with your local public health insurance provider (CPAM) in France, depending on your region of residence. By registering, you will be given a local insurance card ("carte vitale") for processing treatment costs in France.
- Cost contributions in France are governed by the provisions of the statutory health insurance (CPAM).
