You can send your invoices quickly and easily using the free Helsana scan app. You will save time, paper and postage.

Step 1: Scan the invoice

Scan an invoice using the camera of your smartphone or tablet. Please note that: Your AHV number or insurance number – or your name and address – should be clearly legible on the invoice.

Step 2: Send the invoice

Send the invoice using the scan app. Please save the original document until you have received the benefit statement.

Your data are secure

The scan app transmits your invoices in encrypted form and meets the highest security standards. Scanned invoices on your smartphone are additionally protected by your password.

The scan app eliminates the need to go to the post office, which is why address and insurance labels will no longer be available from 1 September 2017. Of course, you may also continue to send us your invoices by post. You can find further information here.
