A one-stop-shop for customer care
To enable us to provide you with even better advice and assistance, Helsana is moving to a new system to manage its customer relationships in 2016. Not only is the modern Microsoft solution more efficient and cost effective, it also makes us more intelligent in some ways—as all Helsana customer advisors will in future have the same comprehensive customer information overview.
The new system will enable holistic customer relationship management (CRM). With just one click, our customer advisors will be able to see all the information and data concerning your insurance, regardless of whether you enquire by telephone, online, by e-mail or in person. That means we'll be able to act as a one-stop-shop and serve you even more quickly and comprehensively. We take the same approach as you do at home.
Helsana will also be commissioning specialist providers abroad to help operate the new solution. Helsana has stringent agreements and technical measures in place to ensure that data security and data protection comply with Swiss legislative requirements; the outsourcing was also approved by the relevant authorities.
