Cancellation service of the Helsana Group

We would be happy to send your notice of cancellation to your current Swiss health insurer for you within the notice period:

  1. Simply complete and sign the cancellation form (PDF, 90KB) and send it to us together with your application form.
  2. If you submit your application directly online, please send us the cancellation form by post as soon as possible: Helsana Insurance Ltd, Competence Center (VCCS), P.O. Box, 8081 Zurich.
  3. As soon as we have checked your application and confirmed the acceptance with you, we will deliver your notice of cancellation to your current health insurer by registered post.

We offer this cancellation service for compulsory basic insurance only up to 14 days before the notice period expires. If we receive your application after this deadline, we cannot guarantee cancellation by the deadline. In this case, please send the cancellation form directly to your current health insurer.
