Tips and tricks - checklist

  • Inform the Helsana Group immediately of your new address using the change of address form
  • Notify the post office
  • Affix your name to the letter box at your new address
  • Premiums may change if you move (basic insurance premiums are set according to canton and region, while supplementary insurance premiums are set according to canton)
  • Let us know of any change in your bank details using the "contact form" and, if necessary, request a new LSV/DD form
  • If all members of your family are insured with us and some members move out, please read the contract change checklist
  • If moving into a retirement or nursing home, we recommend granting a power of attorney to a closely related person. To do so, please fill in the power of attorney form (PDF, 48KB) .
  • If you are moving home, check with the responsible Client Service team or the nearest sales office as to whether you need to change your GP model
