Overseas clinics (rehab southern Germany)

Supplementary hospital insurance lets you receive treatment in various clinics in southern Germany. This applies to operations and rehabilitation programmes in cardiology, neurology and orthopaedics as well as other disciplines.

The Helsana Group has a number of partner clinics to choose from in southern Germany. In addition to medication, care and therapies, the food and accommodation are also first rate in these clinics. And all this costs considerably less than in comparable clinics in Switzerland.

Your doctor must submit a request for approval of costs to us beforehand. If the relevant conditions are met, we will approve the application. We will reimburse you the amounts that are listed in the Additional Insurance Conditions.
