Prof. Dr. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser is a new member of the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group

Prof. Dr. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser (40) was unanimously elected by shareholders as a new member of the Board of Directors at today’s General Meeting of the Helsana Group. With her election, the strategic executive committee of the Helsana Group has been strengthened, in particular in the areas of accounting, governance & compliance, in order to be able to face the challenges of an increasingly complex and regulated healthcare system. 

Prof. Dr. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser has a doctorate in economics and since 2018, she has been an adjunct professor at the University of St.Gallen. Since 2011, she has also taught at the School of Management at Bocconi University in Milan. She previously worked at the University of Zurich, at Tsinghua University in Beijing and as a visiting professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is also involved in various international research projects. Prof. Sutter-Rüdisser is married and the mother of two children.
