On 1 July 2020, Europe’s best examples of content marketing were recognised in an online presentation. Helsana won Gold for its health guide “Herz” (Heart) in the B2C Magazines Finance and Insurance category.
The Best of Content Marketing Award (BCM Award) is Europe’s largest competition for content-driven corporate communications. Each year, around 700 projects are submitted.
At the BCM Award 2020, Helsana received Gold in the Magazines for Private Customers (Finance and Insurance) category with its guide “Herz” (Heart). In its decision, the jury said: “This guide represents absolute added value for the customer. The subject is examined from a range of different perspectives. A well-designed, informative reference work with ‘collector appeal’.”
The guide is sent to all customers twice a year, each issue covering a different health topic. Helsana’s guides make relevant health knowledge accessible in a simple and highly illustrative way. The specific tips and examples encourage readers to try things out for themselves.
