Since 2018, our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) specialist department has been tasked with all matters linked to employee diversity and equal opportunities. Everyone should have the same opportunities, whatever their gender, age, religion, culture, sexual orientation and physical or mental limitations. We want all employees to be able to be themselves and to feel that they are treated fairly.
We regard diversity as a critical success factor and a central element in our corporate culture. Our employees inspire and learn from each other through their different ways of seeing, approaches, ideas, experiences and abilities.
D&I tackles such topics as accessibility, freedom from discrimination in the workplace, the promotion of job/top sharing and work/life balance, and offers training and networking opportunities.
The annual employee survey measures the effectiveness of the diversity and inclusion measures. We also continue to champion diversity and equal opportunities by working in conjunction with respected external specialist departments.
