We conduct regular interviews to determine your strengths and potential, and to identify personal and professional opportunities for development. We also provide individual coaching as well as in-house training and specific e-learning courses. Wherever possible, we give you the necessary freedom, time and means to participate in basic and further training.

Specific professional and leadership training

We can also help you improve or strengthen your professional or leadership qualifications. For example, through introductory courses on our main line of business – health insurance – courses on correspondence and communication, professional training in personal insurance, or management courses for leaders.
