First place for customer service from the Swiss Industry Monitor 2023
Helsana is proud of its “1st Place Customer Service” award in the health insurance sector. The Swiss Industry Monitor is one of the largest Swiss rankings on customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. The Swiss Institute for Quality Testing provides the rankings annually.
Rated “Very good” for customer satisfaction by moneyland.ch
Moneyland.ch awards Helsana 8 out of 10 points in the “General Satisfaction” and “Accessibility” categories. This score equates to a “Very good” rating. We also did well in the “Friendliness” category with 7.9 points. Moneyland.ch is an independent Swiss online comparison service for banks and insurance companies.

“Exceptional” rating for COMPLETA from VZ VermögensZentrum
The VZ VermögensZentrum has rated Helsana’s COMPLETA supplementary insurance as exceptionally good. Insurance premium prices and benefits are subject to constant testing by the VZ. The independent comparison test is conducted in collaboration with K-Tipp, Saldo, Bon à Savoir and Gesundheitstipp (date: October 2022).

First place for COMPLETA with moneyland.ch
The scope of benefits under COMPLETA attracts top rating: the costs and benefits of outpatient supplementary insurance plans were analysed. Helsana’s COMPLETA insurance came out top (date: August 2023). moneyland.ch is an independent comparison service for insurers and banks.

EcoVadis awarded Helsana its bronze medal in recognition of the company’s social and ethical commitment to its customers and employees. EcoVadis assesses the general conditions and practices of companies with regard to the environment, employee and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

The Helsana.ch website is the best website compared to those of other insurers. This was the verdict of the “Digital Insurance Experience 2022” study conducted by the Institute of Financial Services at Lucerne University. More than 1,000 respondents were won over by the website’s user-friendliness, structure and clarity.
