Moneyland.ch, Switzerland’s independent online comparison site for banks and insurers, awarded Helsana 8 points or more (equating to “Very good”) for individual aspects such as overall satisfaction, employee friendliness, availability and billing. The other aspects, and the weighted average, were all rated “Good”. All told, Helsana scored 7.9 out of 10 points. (Status: August 2022)

In a study by Schweizer Institut für Qualitätstests GmbH (the Swiss Institute for Quality Testing), Helsana was awarded “1st place for customer service” among health insurance companies.
The “Schweizer Branchenmonitor 2022” (2022 Swiss Industry Monitor) study is one of the largest Swiss rankings on customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. This latest customer survey gathered 190,000 verdicts on 1,567 companies from 157 sectors.
64.8% of Helsana customers are “very satisfied”. That is the result of the latest K-Tipp survey (no. 15/2022). 2,665 people aged between 15 and 79 from German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland took part in the representative survey by telephone.
In 2022, an expert team from the Swiss Institute for Quality Testing rated the hospital insurance products of 13 insurers on criteria including comfort and transparency. The verdict? Helsana makes it easy to get started with hospital insurance. It also clearly communicates the tariffs and conditions.
VZ VermögensZentrum is constantly testing insurance premiums' prices and benefits. It has as-sessed Helsana's COMPLETA supplementary insurance as above-average. The impartial comparative testing is carried out in cooperation with K-Tipp, Saldo, Bon à Savoir and Gesundheitstipp (most re-cently in October 2022).
The costs and benefits of out-patient supplementary insurance plans were analysed. COMPLETA from Helsana outperformed the rest on scope of benefits (survey in February 2021). moneyland.ch is the independent comparison service for insurers and banks.

Helsana.ch came top in the website comparison performed as part of the “Digital Insurance Experience 2022” study by the Institute of Financial Services at Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts. Its high level of user-friendliness, straightforward structure and clarity, in particular, won over the pool of more than 1,000 respondents.
