Helsana is proud of its “1st Place Customer Service” award in the health insurance sector. The Swiss Industry Monitor is one of the largest Swiss rankings on customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. The Swiss Institute for Quality Testing provides the rankings annually.

“Exceptional” rating for COMPLETA from VZ VermögensZentrum

The VZ VermögensZentrum has rated Helsana’s COMPLETA supplementary insurance as exceptionally good. Insurance premium prices and benefits are subject to constant testing by the VZ. The independent comparison test is conducted in collaboration with K-Tipp, Saldo, Bon à Savoir and Gesundheitstipp (date: October 2022).
