Sita Mazumder

Prof. Sita Mazumder has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group since 2022, and chairs the Digitalization Committee in this function.

She has been Professor of Computer Science and Economics at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts since 2007, runs her own consulting firm and holds various administrative and supervisory board mandates. She is also a member of the Federal Electricity Commission (ElCom).

She studied Computer Science and Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and Business Administration at the University of Zurich. In 2002, she received the University of Zurich’s annual award for excellent scholarship for her thesis entitled “The Diligence of Swiss Banks in the Light of the Prevention and Fight against Corruption”.
