Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser


Since 2020, Prof. Dr. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser has been a member of the Board of Directors and in this capacity has also performed the role of member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser has a doctorate in economics and has been director of the institute for public economics, financial law and law & economics at the University of St. Gallen since 2022. Since 2011, she has taught at the School of Management of Bocconi University in Milan. She previously worked as a visiting professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business, as a senior teaching and research assistant at the University of Zurich, and as a visiting scholar in the Department of Business Strategy and Policy at Tsinghua University in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. Prof. Sutter-Rüdisser is also involved in various international research projects.

  • Erste Group Bank AG, member of the Supervisory Board, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee
  • Graubündner Kantonalbank, member of the bank council and the audit and risk committee
  • Commercial Court of Zurich, special judge by outside appointment
