Joachim Masur

Joachim Masur has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 and, in this capacity, is Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Between 2012 and 2018, he was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zurich Insurance Company Switzerland. Prior to that, he held various management positions including at Zurich Insurance Group as Group Controller and Chief Financial Officer Global Life (CFO) and at KPMG in the areas of auditing and consulting. Joachim Masur has also been investing in start-ups and working as a consultant since 2018.

Joachim Masur has a business degree from the University of Bamberg and gained qualifications as an auditor and tax consultant.
