Daniel Liedtke

Daniel Liedtke has been Chair of the Board of Directors of the Helsana Group since 1 January 2026. In this capacity, he also chairs the Business, Compensation and Nomination Commit-tee and the Investment Committee, and serves as a member of the Digitisation Committee.

Daniel Liedtke has many years of experience as a CEO and bearer of corporate responsi-bility at international level in complex, regulated organisations – particularly in the healthcare sector. In his current role, he focuses on innovative system, business model and governance architectures. As Chair of the Board of Directors, his actions are shaped by decisiveness, strategic clarity and efficacy – and always keep people and society squarely in view.

Daniel Liedtke holds a Doctor of Business administration from Charles Sturt University in Australia. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Program and a participant in the IMD Board Director programme.
