Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser

Since 2020, Prof. Dr. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser has been a member of the Board of Directors and in this capacity has also performed the role of member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser has a doctorate in economics and since 2018, she has been an adjunct professor at the University of St.Gallen for “Organizational Control and Governance”. Since 2011, she has taught at the School of Management of Bocconi University in Milan. She previously worked as a visiting professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business, as a senior teaching and research assistant at the University of Zurich, and as a visiting scholar in the Department of Business Strategy and Policy at Tsinghua University in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China. Prof. Sutter-Rüdisser is also involved in various international research projects.
