In autumn 2018, we launched the campaign on the two benefits of “coverage abroad in an emergency” and “expert second opinion”.
There are two stories at the heart of this campaign. The first one is about a father who suffers a heart attack while on holiday abroad and requires fast assistance. The second is about a woman who has a serious illness and, thanks to an expert second opinion, is given certainty about the appropriate course of treatment.
The TV and cinema spot is supplemented by advertisements, various online material and measures in our own sales offices that make the Swiss aware of this commitment.
