Ingredients for two portions
|4 sprigs||Dill, fresh|
|20g||Low-fat cream cheese|
|0.5 tbsp||Lemon juice|
|100g||Trout fillets, smoked|
- Slice the bread and bake until golden brown in the upper third of the oven (preheated to 230°C).
- Meanwhile, finely chop the dill. Thinly slice the cucumber.
- Combine the cream cheese with the dill and lemon juice. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread slices.
- Top half of the bread slices with smoked trout and cucumber slices. Place a second slice of bread on top of each crostini.
