Smoked salmon frittata

Ingredients for two portions
100g salmon, smoked
2 spring onions
3 eggs
2g lemon zest
1 Prise chilli powder
1 EL rapeseed oil
3 Zweige dill, fresh
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into 2cm pieces.
  2. Wash the spring onions and finely slice into rings.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well with the lemon zest, chilli powder and spring onions.
  4. Add the strips of smoked salmon.
  5. Heat the oil in a coated frying pan over a medium heat.
  6. Add the frittata mixture and fry on both sides for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cut the frittata into pieces and garnish with dill.
