Ingredients for two portions
|200 g||wholemeal pasta|
|1 tsp||sesame oil|
|1 handful||cherry tomatoes|
|1 tbsp||crème fraîche|
|150 ml||vegetable stock|
|salt and pepper|
- Boil the pasta in lightly salted water. Drain the water.
- Wash the vegetables and cut them into bit-sized pieces. Wash and chop the basil.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the broccoli and courgette for 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the vegetables and vegetable stock. Allow the mixture to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Now add the pasta and crème fraîche and combine well. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil. Bon appetit!
