Ingredients for four portions
250g raspberries, frozen (or any other frozen berries)
250g low-fat quark
1 tbsp honey
10g grated coconut

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen berries with the quark and honey into a blender and puree until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. The coconut flakes may be toasted briefly in a non-stick pan, as required, and used to garnish the ice cream.
