Oven-baked mackerel with herbs

Ingredients for four portions
4 Hot-smoked mackerel, whole
2 tbsp HOLL rapeseed oil
4 sprigs Thyme
4 sprigs basil
8 sprigs Oregano
8 sprigs parsley
4 pinches Salt


  1. Cut mackerel open lengthways
  2. Put the herbs inside each mackerel
  3. Brush with rapeseed oil
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Cook in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
