The 2017 Helsana Health Forum in view of a health balance

The Helsana Health Forum is all about balance. Let yourself be inspired and get your life on a healthy even keel. We look forward to seeing you: Saturday, 1 July 2017 in the Kursaal Bern.

Maintaining balance has never been so important as in today’s fast-paced world. A balanced lifestyle encourages health and a general feeling of well-being. Live a healthy, balanced, life and you're better placed to deal with the trials and tribulations of everyday life and can withstand stress better.

How do we manage to achieve a healthy balance? Why do we lose it? In what way are people’s mental and physical condition related? How do we have to adjust our lifestyle to stay fit in mind and body?

These questions and many others are at the heart of the 2017 Helsana Health Forum. Find out for yourselves all about the latest scientific findings on the topic. Get some valuable tips for a balanced life. Discover the secrets of relaxation. Follow the exciting panel discussions and rub shoulders with well-known guests who lost their balance in life and then found it again.

You can look forward to a whole array of interesting encounters, with the medical experts Prof. Edith Holsboer-Trachsler and Prof. Katja Cattapan, for example. And with the relaxation trainer Sabine Asgodom. Not forgetting the former European rhythmic gymnastics champion Ariella Kaeslin, the extreme climber Stephan Siegrist and many other fascinating personalities.

The programme will be hosted by well-known hiker and TV and radio host Nik Hartmann.

The entry price is CHF 20 per person. All income from ticket sales will be donated to the Swiss foundation Pro Mente Sana, which supports people with mental health issues in Switzerland.
