Ingredients – Serves 12

500g flour
300g sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chocolate powder
3 tablespoons Lebkuchen spice mix
1 tablespoon baking powder
55cl milk
2 tablespoons HOLL rapeseed oil
5 tablespoons whole millet


  1. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate powder, Lebkuchen spice and baking powder together in a bowl
  2. Gradually add the milk and then the oil to the mixture to form a smooth dough
  3. Add the millet to the dough. Spread the mixture evenly over a rectangular baking tray
  4. Bake at 180° for 18 to 23 minutes
  5. Leave to cool and cut into twelve squares
