Ingredients – Serves 12
500g | flour |
300g | sugar |
5 tablespoons | cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon | chocolate powder |
3 tablespoons | Lebkuchen spice mix |
1 tablespoon | baking powder |
55cl | milk |
2 tablespoons | HOLL rapeseed oil |
5 tablespoons | whole millet |
Preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate powder, Lebkuchen spice and baking powder together in a bowl
- Gradually add the milk and then the oil to the mixture to form a smooth dough
- Add the millet to the dough. Spread the mixture evenly over a rectangular baking tray
- Bake at 180° for 18 to 23 minutes
- Leave to cool and cut into twelve squares
