Chia seed pudding with fruit

Ingredients for one portion
100ml almond milk drink
4 strawberries
2 tbsp blueberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ teaspoon honey
3 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine the chia seeds with the honey and the almond milk drink in a bowl.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight for best results).
  3. Wash the berries, chop the strawberries.
  4. Sprinkle the berries and pomegranate seeds over the chia seed pudding.
