Chia-mango overnight oats

Do you enjoy a good breakfast but lack the time to prepare it in the morning? Then overnight oats with chia and mango are the perfect choice for you.

Ingredients for four portions
200g Oats, wholegrain
500ml Milk, semi-skimmed
500g Quark
4 tbsp Chia seeds
2 Mango

Preparation

Before bed, put the porridge oats and chia seeds in a food container with the quark and milk. Stir and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, cut the mango into pieces and layer on the overnight oats.

Tip: A suitable container might be a mason jar or a bowl with a capacity of at least 200ml. These overnight oats can also be enjoyed on the move. If time's in short supply in the morning, the mango can also be prepared the evening before.
