Ingredients for two portions
|4 slices||wholemeal bread|
|2 tbsp||cream cheese|
- Spread the cream cheese onto the slices of bread.
- Wash the rocket and sprouts. Spoon out the flesh of the avocado and slice it into small pieces. Dice the beetroot.
- Top the bread with the beetroot and crumble feta on top. Add a layer of rocket and avocado. Sprinkle the sprouts on top. Put the top on your sandwich and enjoy!
