Apple and nut overnight oats

Do you like eating breakfast but just don’t have time to spare in the morning? Then overnight oats are exactly what you need.

You can prepare Apple and nut overnight oats the night before. The next morning, simply take them out of the fridge and eat them at home or on the go. If you like your breakfast to be warm, then warm the oats in the microwave before adding the apples and nuts.

Ingredients for two portions
120g oats, wholegrain
10 cl milk, semi-skimmed
150g low-fat quark
2 apples
4 tbsp hazelnuts


  1. Before bed, put the porridge oats in a food container with the low-fat quark and milk.
  2. Stir and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, cut the apples in chunks, chop the hazelnuts and add them to the overnight oats.
