Are you just a bit down – or are you suffering from depression? Not everyone with depression has the same symptoms. The self-test provided on this page can indicate that you may be suffering from depression.

All you have to do is answer the questions. Respond with "yes" if one of the following statements has been true for you for more than two weeks.

You score one point for every question to which you respond with "yes", except for question 14, for which you score five points.
